- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), and other relevant digital channels
- Own the full acquisition funnel from prospecting to conversion, developing strategies to drive new customer acquisition while maintaining target CAC and ROAS goals
- Build and manage audience segmentation strategies including lookalikes, custom audiences, and behavioral targeting to reach high-intent customers
- Analyze performance data daily to measure ROI, CAC, LTV, ROAS, and other key KPIs; prepare actionable insights and regular reporting for leadership
- Develop and execute rigorous A/B testing programs across campaigns, ad creative, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies to continuously improve efficiency
- Manage media budgets effectively, reallocating spend based on performance and identifying opportunities for scale
- Lead day-to-day agency communication, ensuring campaigns are executed on-brand, on-time and within budget; serve as the primary decision maker with the external agency
- Partner closely with the creative team to develop and test compelling ad creatives that balance performance with brand positioning
- Monitor customer cohort performance and work with the CRM team to ensure acquisition efforts deliver high-quality, retainable customers
- Stay ahead of platform updates, industry trends, and emerging channels; test new tactics and channels to drive innovation and competitive advantage

- Bilingual (French/English); English is necessary for this position since the person will serve clients coming from outside Quebec.
