Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.Introduction: Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Operations Officer to join our client.Contract Period: 12 months
Pay Rate: $25.50 per hour
Location: Mississauga, ON
Location Type: Hybrid: 2 days onsite per week, moving to 4 days in Nov. Training will be fully onsite.
Business Hours: Monday to Friday; Core Business HoursJob Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the estates team for assigning files
  • Triage, review and understand next steps for estate files
  • Accurately updating information
  • Using spreadsheets
  • Communicating with partners
Experience & Qualification Requirements:
  • Banking experience
  • Strong communication
  • Meet SLAs
  • Customer service experience
  • MS Office
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Work in fast paced environment/ working well in a team
