- Brand Development & Design Execution:
- Translate business and marketing goals into high-impact visual designs that elevate the brand across channels.
- Contribute to brand refresh initiatives, helping evolve our visual identity while maintaining consistency.
- Maintain and expand design systems using tools like Zeroheight, ensuring brand cohesion across teams and platforms.
- Marketing & Digital Assets:
- Design polished, on-brand assets for web, social media, presentations, email, brochures, and internal materials.
- Create high-quality product mockups and visualizations that bring fintech products and experiences to life.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to concept and execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Web & UI Support:
- Design homepage banners, promotional graphics, landing pages, microsites, and other web experiences.
- Work within a WordPress environment basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Use Figma to collaborate on UI/UX concepts and create responsive design assets when needed.
- Design Quality & Proofing:
- Deliver production-ready files that are polished, accurate, and error-free your attention to detail is unmatched.
- Routinely check for alignment, spacing, consistency in icons, gradients, and typography before submitting final work.
- Maintain organized file structures and version control for all design projects.
- Workflow & Collaboration:
- Use project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or similar) to manage tasks and timelines efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, take feedback constructively, and drive design projects forward independently.
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Proven B2B experience only candidates with B2B backgrounds will be considered.
- Experience working with fintech, SaaS, or enterprise software brands is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, etc.).
- Proficiency in Figma for collaborative design work.
- Familiarity with Zeroheight or similar design system documentation platforms.
- Meticulous attention to detail able to spot small inconsistencies (e.g., icon sizing, gradient misalignment).
- Strong proofreading and quality control skills only submitting error-free, ready-to-ship assets.
- Familiarity with WordPress; basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
- Experience creating product mockups and visualizing digital products.
- Organized, efficient, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) with excellent communication skills.
- Motion graphics skills (After Effects, Lottie, etc.)
- Familiarity with email design and marketing automation platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign, HubSpot)
- Knowledge of accessibility and responsive design best practices
- Experience working within B2B fintech marketing teams
