- Find new growth opportunities and delight customers with Ethicon's products and solutions
- Support the current business by delivering outstanding customer service and experience.
- Attainment of sales/market share objectives
- Execution of national/regional/local strategies for Ethicon products.
- Work in close partnership with Account Specialist to execute account plans, develop clinical relationships and provide case coverage and support
- Provide insights on customers, promotional programs, and environmental changes and provide ideas to improve product and company performance in the marketplace
- Work with members of the regional sales team to over-deliver performance goals and create an exceptionally collaborative, respectful, and fun team environment.
- Experience: A minimum of a University Degree in business, statistics or health sciences is required; related clinical support/nursing and/or sales experience in the medical device field is a strong asset.
- Exceptional communicator: Strong communication and interpersonal skills required

- Analytical beast: Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills; needs to be comfortable understanding complex clinical trial data with ability to communicate this information to different types of customers
- Creative + tenacious: The individual must be an excellent collaborator and problem solver who demonstrates a strong ability to take initiative and carry projects over the finish line, supported by their team.
- Up to 10% travel may be required
- A valid driver's license is required.
