We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our client's team at their facility in Brampton, ON.Previous experience in a Customer Service role within the Transportation industry and experience with TruckMate are required for this job.Shift: Day shifts Monday-FridayResponsibilities:
- Customer service
- Calculating rates for rail/intermodal
- Invoicing
- Auditing freight bills
- Other duties as requiredQualifications:
- Customer Service experience within the Transportation industry
- TruckMate experience
- Experience calculating rates for rail/intermodal freight
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent administrative and data entry skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
