We're currently looking for a part-time nanny or after-school caregiver for our son (and occasionally our daughter). Our son is a great kid-creative, energetic, caring, and very active, with a big love for sports and being outdoors. He does have ADHD, so we're looking for someone who is patient, consistent, and comfortable providing more of a 1-on-1 experience to help him continue to grow and thrive. What we're looking for: Afternoon care after school (school pickup + care until we're home) Someone who enjoys being active and engaged (not just supervision) Experience with ADHD or similar needs is a strong asset Calm, patient, and positive approach Ability to build structure while still keeping things fun We're flexible on structure (nanny vs. program vs. hybrid) and open to the right fit.
