- Provide manual labour as required.
- Operate a skid steer safely and efficiently.
- Assist with cleanup and material handling.
- Work closely with the crusher operator and site supervisor.
- Follow all safety procedures, and report any hazards or equipment concerns.
- Must have skid steer operating experience and be physically capable of working around heavy equipment in a demanding environment.
- Experience in crushing operations or civil construction is considered an asset.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.
- A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are required.
This position follows an 11 & 3 rotation with 12-hour shifts, weekly pay including overtime.Working Conditions:
This role is performed outdoors in varying conditions, including cold, heat, dust, and noise.
