- Drive the change management practice across the organization, including the design of approaches, tools and strategies to support transformation initiatives
- Develop and promote the Bombardier Academy of Learning in order to offer accessible and relevant tools to our employees to support their personal development and career management
- Facilitate workshops and professional development programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of our skills development initiatives and make the necessary adjustments to achieve the desired results.
- Provide active support to our Employee Forums in the planning and execution of their plan while ensuring alignment with the Executive Champions.
- Design and implement key initiatives critical to the strategic human resources plan, as well as work with internal partners to identify needs and design appropriate programs and solutions.
- Submit innovative solutions for the various programs in the project portfolio that aim to support the organizational culture, measure their performance in order to maximize their impact and make them evolve continuously.
- Actively contribute to the strategic projects of the Talent Management and Organizational Development team, providing consulting expertise and operational support.
- Monitor best practices in talent development, change management and workplace learning.
- Measure the impact of the initiatives put in place and propose adjustments to maximize their effectiveness.
- You have at least 8 years of experience in talent management, change management, training or organizational development.
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Industrial Relations, Management, Communication, or other related fields.
- You know how to build productive working relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- You have strong project management and change management skills.
- You have excellent analytical, synthesis and problem-solving skills.
- You have strong communication skills.
- You have the ability to manage several projects simultaneously in an organized and structured way with a minimum of supervision.
- You have experience facilitating workshops or training.
- In addition to French, the ability to express oneself English is an asset in order to communicate with suppliers, customers and colleagues who are located outside the Province of Quebec.
