- Track and analyze performance across lending, payments, and wealth
- Identify trends, drivers, and key variances
- Develop metrics and reporting to monitor business performance
- Support preparation of materials for CFO and leadership
- Contribute to internal reporting and performance discussions
- Translate financial and operational data into clear, structured insights
- Improve models, reporting, and data structures
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline workflows
- Leverage AI and modern tools to improve speed, quality, and scalability of analysis

- Internship experience in finance, consulting, banking, or a relevant analytical role preferred
- Strong Excel skills (or demonstrated ability to learn quickly)
- Interest in data, systems, and AI tools
- Ability to work with large datasets or build structured analyses (Excel, SQL, Python, or similar)
- Evidence of self-driven learning (e.g., building models, side projects, competitions, research)
- You can independently update and maintain financial models
- You understand the key drivers of the business across multiple segments
- You contribute meaningfully to forecasting and performance tracking
- Your analysis is used in decision-making by the finance team
- You have improved at least one model, dataset, or workflow
- Base Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 CAD
