
Senior Workday Integrations Analyst

- Collaborate on various system integration initiatives, encompassing Workday and other interconnected systems.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and document the Workday integration systems using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connectors.
- Integrate Workday with third-party global payroll and benefit providers.
- Configure integration security measures for robust data protection.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production efficiently.
- Develop Workday custom reports, including BIRT (nice to have).
- Partner and build relationships with stakeholders to align on objectives, translating business requirements into system requirements and advance Workday adoption and ease of use.
- Engage with internal business users, demonstrating system changes and addressing relevant business needs.
- Create detailed integration specifications, field mappings, and designs to support the entire integration development lifecycle.
- Effectively manage multiple priorities, ensuring efficient organization and communication.
- Contribute to other assigned projects and tasks as needed.
- Proficient technical knowledge of Workday HCM and third-party payroll and benefit vendors (e.g. ADP, CloudPay, Fidelity, Aetna, etc.)
- 4 + years of experience within or supporting Human Resources, Financial, or similar
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in:
- Developing Workday inbound and outbound integrations, including Studio, PECI, EIB, RaaS, and Web Service.
- Developing Workday custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
- Working with Workday Studio and Object Transporter (OX 2.0).
- Essential knowledge of XML and XSLT for interaction with SOAP and REST-based web services
- Proven experience managing and ensuring the seamless integration of Workday and vendor systems.
- Experience using Jira and Google Suite of Office Products.
- Experience in high-tech, SaaS industries.
- Workday Integration Certifications.
- Agile HR Systems mindset.
- Skilled at building consensus and effectively collaborating with team members across all levels.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, demonstrating a sense of urgency.
