- Follow meal plans in accordance with Physicians orders and nutritional guidelines, and are able to lead other team members in pursuit of a resident-centered dining experience.

- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of therapeutic diets.
- Produced food in large quantities, preferably in a hospital or long-term care setting.
- Have proven leadership abilities.
- Contribute toward a resident-centered care approach ensuring respect and dignity to all residents.
- Worked as a co-operative team member.
