- Administering construction contracts and purchase orders, maintaining compliant documentation, notices, insurance and performance records.
- Evaluating time and cost claims, manage settlement processes and maintain an up‑to‑date claim log.
- Monitoring contractor obligations, certify completion and recommend remedial actions for non‑compliance.
- Supporting project close‑out, procurement closure and risk management activities.
- Degree qualification in Engineering.
- Experience of having FIDIC contracts.
- Excellent technical grounding in all aspects of contracts.
- Experience in managing major construction projects, including retails and commercial projects within a consultancy industry.
