In this role, you'll have the ability to collaborate with EXP's team in St. John's and across the Atlantic region on some of Eastern Canada's largest and most exciting projects!Your Role & Responsibilities:
  • Assist with planning, field work, and reporting environmental investigation projects (Phase I, II ESA's, Detailed Site Investigation, Remediation).
  • Groundwater and surface water sampling and monitoring.
  • Field testing, monitoring and supervision of remediation projects.
  • Supervision of subsurface investigations.
  • Assessment of sites for hazardous materials.
  • Indoor air quality testing
  • Coordinating fieldwork.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Four years of relevant experience in a related field.
  • Diploma from a recognized technical school.
  • Association registration or eligibility for registration (P.Tech, CET, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Environmental Regulations in Atlantic Canada an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Willingness to ork both outside and in an office environment. * Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills using word processing, spreadsheet, and graphics applications such as MS Word, Excel, AutoCAD, GIS.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills.
  • Must hacve a reliable way to getting to job sites.
