We're hiring a Senior Drafter with expertise in Revit and AutoCAD to prepare technical drawings, lead the city permitting process, and mentor a small team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator.Key Responsibilities
  • Create precise technical drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Lead the permitting process: prepare/submit applications, liaise with city officials, and ensure compliance.
  • Mentor a small drafting team, assign tasks, and maintain project documentation.
  • Collaborate with sales, construction and architecture when required to ensure project success.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of Revit/AutoCAD experience.
  • Familiarity with Winnipeg's permitting process and local building codes.
  • Proven leadership and organizational skills.
  • Diploma/degree in Drafting, Architecture, or related field.
