- Manage full-cycle accounting for two interconnected entities (for-profit and non-profit)
- Maintain accurate financial records and complete month-end close, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Process payroll
- Assist with financial reporting and collaborate with external consultants
- Support international transactions, including accruals and USD exposure
- Assist with shipping and customs-related documentation as needed
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support ongoing financial operations
- 3+ years of full-cycle accoutning experience, ideally within a small to mid-sized organisation
- CPA is a nice-to-have, but not a requirement
- Experience with Sage 300 or similar accounting/ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to problem-solve and work independently
- Must be located within a reasonable commuting distance of Simcoe (ideally within 30 minutes)
