- Proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role.
- Strong expertise in technical documentation concepts and best practices.
- Proficiency in Markdown for writing and formatting documentation.
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical information clearly.
- Experience documenting APIs and developer platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Git or other version control systems.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Prior work experience at client or in the client's industry.
- Experience working with APIs and developer documentation.
- Technical Writing Certification.
- Agile or Scrum Certification.
- Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear user documentation.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams.
- Ensure documentation consistency and accuracy.
- Review and edit content for quality and standards compliance.
