Position Type: Part-Time (February – August)Basic Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Ideally ages 16–24
  • Must live in Milton, Oakville, or surrounding areas
This position is very different from a typical summer job.
It is a performance-driven opportunity built for people who want to develop real-world confidence, communication ability, and personal accountability. If you are looking for an easy or guaranteed-pay role, this likely isn’t the right fit.What You’ll Be DoingYou will complete 3–4 hour marketing shifts going door-to-door in assigned neighbourhoods throughout Milton and Oakville, speaking with homeowners about potential home service projects.You are not responsible for closing sales.Instead, your focus will be to:
  • Introduce the company in a professional and friendly way
  • Start genuine conversations with homeowners
  • Identify potential interest in services
  • Gather qualified leads and contact information
  • Represent the brand positively and professionally in the community
We provide full training on:
  • How to approach doors confidently and naturally
  • Handling questions and common objections
  • Communication and professionalism
  • Staying motivated and resilient when facing rejection
No previous experience is required — attitude, effort, and willingness to learn matter most.Compensation & PerformanceThis role is performance-based.
  • Typical performance: approx. $16–$18/hour
  • Top performers: up to $25+/hour
  • Plus 1–3% commission on jobs booked from your leads
Performance is evaluated after your first two weeks.
Consistently low performance may result in the role ending early — this ensures a strong, motivated team environment.Schedule
  • 12–24 hours per week
  • 3–6 shifts weekly
  • Each shift lasts 3–4 hours (evenings and weekends)
  • Flexible scheduling based on your availability
Growth OpportunitiesHigh performers can advance into:
