We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee industrial construction projects across the GTA. The ideal candidate has strong site management skills and proven experience in complex, clean, or temperature-controlled environments.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure adherence to schedule, safety, and quality.Coordinate subcontractors, trades, deliveries, and inspections.Enforce compliance with plans, specs, building codes, and health/safety regulations.Maintain clear site documentation and reporting.Ensure site cleanliness, organization, and professionalism.Requirements:5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on industrial or food/pharma-related projects.Strong knowledge of clean room, cold storage, or controlled environment construction.Ability to travel to various sites across the GTA.Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
