- Managerial Experience: Possess at least 3 years of managerial or supervisory experience (preferred).

- Safety Focus: Embrace a safety-first mindset, adhering to protocols and wearing required PPE.
- Valid Driver's License: Willingness to travel and support multiple locations in the Newfoundland region.
