- Lead mechanical engineering design packages from concept development through detailed engineering, ensuring technical excellence and alignment with project goals.
- Develop mechanical systems, specifications, calculations, and deliverables that support safe, reliable, and high-performing operations for mining, metals, heavy industrial clients.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to integrate mechanical design with process, structural, electrical, controls, and construction requirements.
- Review designs, drawings, and engineering documents to ensure quality, constructability, and adherence to industry codes and best practices.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to intermediate and junior engineers, supporting team growth and capability development.
- Engage directly with clients, contractors, and internal partners to solve complex technical challenges and advance project delivery.
- You've built deep expertise in mechanical engineering through hands-on project work across industrial, energy, mining, or infrastructure environments.
- You bring proven experience solving real-world engineering challenges, from equipment specification to system design and integration.
- You're comfortable working in the field or onsite as needed and adhere to all safety requirements.
- You have working proficiency with mechanical design and modeling tools and continuously grow your technical toolkit.
- You hold (or are eligible for) a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Canada.

MB & ON: $112,100 - $154,400
