IPL's 4500 employees also manufacture and market industrial chemicals and fertilizer products & services to customers around the worldWhat You'll DoAs the Fleet Coordinator, you will manage and support all administrative, budget and, program management duties as directed by the DNA (Dyno Nobel Americas) Fleet Manager. You will be responsible for managing and serving as a subject matter expert on Canadian fleet actions. Other duties will include:
  • Ensure compliance with Canadian and international fleet requirements.
  • Maintain Canadian driver qualification files including driver record (abstract), annual review of driver fitness, accident and conviction disclosures, records of all corrective and disciplinary action taken (Dyno Nobel Human Resources), and copies of dangerous goods training materials and certificates.
  • Audit monthly electronic logbooks and advise site managers when logbook does not match time-cards.
  • Audit monthly electronic logbooks and advise site managers on safety violations.
  • Track manual work orders and create maintenance reports for all regions/sites with ARI Fleet Management software.
  • Manage vehicles additions, deletions, or site transfers with ARI Fleet Management software.
  • Generate monthly fuel reports for all international registration plan (IRP) trucks.
  • Collect, review, and correct monthly fleet invoices and forward to accounts payable for processing in SAP.
  • Identify and request “paper checks” for regular and new vendors as required.
  • Manage and enter documents related to DNCI Transportation Safety Plan.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Must be bilingual in French and English
  • 5+ years in fleet management experience
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Software and SAP
  • Proven fleet management experience in Canada.
  • Ability to effectively articulate and present complex material
  • Ability to comply with Canadian fleet licensing and permitting.
