AI and Data - Data Architect (MS Fabric)

- Provide architecture leadership and subject-matter expertise across client engagements focused on Agentic AI, Microsoft Fabric, and advanced analytics
- Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of intelligent systems that leverage AI agents, orchestration frameworks, and enterprise data platforms
- Define solution architectures and roadmaps aligned to business outcomes, balancing cost, risk, scalability, security, and performance
- Design and oversee Microsoft Fabric-based architectures, including OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Real-Time Analytics, Data Factory, and Semantic Models
- Architect and govern agentic AI solutions, including:
- Multi-agent orchestration and workflows
- Integration with enterprise data, APIs, and applications
- Human-in-the-loop patterns, guardrails, and observability
- Collaborate closely with clients to translate business use cases into AI-enabled products, incorporating:
- Data privacy, sovereignty, and regulatory requirements
- Security, identity, and access controls
- Business continuity and operational resilience
- Lead technical solutioning for pursuits, proposals, and client presentations
- Establish and promote architecture standards, reusable assets, reference architectures, and accelerators
- Ensure alignment with architecture governance, technology policies, and compliance requirements
- Work with Microsoft and ecosystem partners to assess platforms, tools, and delivery models
- Provide architectural direction across multiple concurrent projects, building consensus and resolving complex technical challenges
- Mentor architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and experimentation
- Stay current with industry trends in Agentic AI, generative AI, analytics platforms, and cloud technologies, and drive their responsible adoption
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build trusted advisory relationships
- Proven ability to lead architecture decisions in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Deep understanding of modern data platforms and AI system design
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience driving architecture governance, standards, and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI, or a related field
- Strong experience designing and delivering enterprise data and AI architectures
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure data services
- Experience with data modeling, data engineering, and analytics architectures
- Solid knowledge of Azure Cloud, including security and identity concepts
- Experience integrating AI/ML or GenAI solutions into enterprise platforms
- Exposure to architecture governance, standards, and delivery leadership
- Experience with Agentic AI patterns, orchestration frameworks, or autonomous workflows
- Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, Copilot experiences, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures
- Experience with CI/CD, MLOps, or DataOps in cloud environments
- Knowledge of real-time analytics, event-driven architectures, and streaming data
- Experience with data migration, modernization, or legacy platform transformation
- Interest in data visualization, semantic modeling, and business intelligence
