$125K–$150K + benefitsAn established GC is seeking a Senior Site Superintendent to lead multi-family new construction projects. This role oversees full site execution, ensuring schedule, quality, and safety while coordinating trades and working closely with the Project Manager.Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day site operations from excavation to completion
- Manage trades, schedule, and critical path
- Maintain site safety, quality control, and WorkSafeBC compliance
- Run site meetings and enforce construction standards
- Prepare lookaheads, track progress, and manage deficiencies
- Identify RFIs and resolve site issues proactively
- Mentor junior staff and support team development
- 5–10+ years’ experience in wood-frame and/or concrete multi-family
- Proven full-cycle Superintendent experience
- Strong understanding of drawings, specs, and construction practices
- Solid leadership and communication skills
