- Support the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, collaborating with the line manager and wider team to ensure strategic alignment.
- Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, partner events, and regional meetups aligned to business growth targets.
- Manage logistics, including vendors, timelines, budgets, on-site coordination and end to-end activities.
- Build and manage multi-touch marketing campaigns using Salesforce, including email nurtures and lead scoring Partner with Sales to ensure timely lead follow-up and conversion.
- Coordinate and support hosting webinars showcasing company solutions, partners, and industry insights.
- Lead and coordinate the organic social media content calendar in line with the overall marketing strategy, ensuring content remains relevant and is scheduled in advance, while also publishing reactive topics in a timely manner.
- Assist in the analysis of social media and digital campaigns, including, but not limited to, measuring campaign performance and identifying and sharing areas for improvement.
- Support with regular company website updates in line with campaign-specific activities.
- Work alongside the wider marketing team to support paid digital marketing activities.
- Support the marketing team with larger campaigns and project coordination.
- Experience working within a marketing team
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working independently, with the ability to work well under pressure and in a busy environment, managing your own time and priorities and delivering to tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
- CMS knowledge (WordPress)
- Marketing automation/Client Relationship Management (CRM) system – Account Engagement, Salesforce is preferable • Microsoft Office 365 (specifically PowerPoint, Word, Forms)
- Working knowledge of Canva for content creation and design.
