- Conduct detailed analyses of user needs, particularly for complex features or those requiring market expertise;
- Identify real needs by asking questions to understand the issue or opportunity, what we want to achieve, and why;
- Work closely with Product Owners (POs) from agile development teams to translate user needs into clear, concise, and testable user stories, including acceptance criteria;
- Actively participate in refinement sessions, clarify user stories, and answer questions;
- Work collaboratively with development and testing teams to ensure that the solution developed delivers added value to customers.
- Ensure the quality of the solution by being involved in testing cycles.
- In collaboration with the Product Leader and Product Owners (POs), ensure that everyone shares a common understanding of needs and objectives.
- Assess the feasibility of proposed solutions and their impact on existing operations.
- Ensure that proposed solutions are in line with the product vision;
- Produce clear and concise documentation of user requirements, user stories, and decisions made to facilitate understanding and traceability;
- Provide market expertise when analyzing needs and defining solutions, particularly for aspects related to portfolio management;
- Conduct market research and analyses of the competition and the field of portfolio management;
- Contribute to the definition of product strategy.
- Hold a university degree in finance, computer science, or a related field;
- Have at least 5 years of experience in business analysis, ideally in an Agile environment;
- Knowledge of database environments (SQL) is an asset;
- Have experience in portfolio management.
- Strong understanding of finance;
- *Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English;
- Ability to model business and technology solutions that are tailored and optimized;
- Ability to analyze and solve complex problems;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Proficiency in Agile collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.);
- Understanding of Agile principles and practices.
