This role combines customer service, light administrative work, and shuttle driving to ensure a smooth and positive experience for our customers from arrival to departure.What You’ll DoWelcome and assist customers during RV departures and returnsProvide friendly, efficient customer serviceDemonstrate RV features and complete basic quality checksShuttle customers to and from hotels, the airport, and the rental facilityAssist customers with luggage as neededProcess basic paperwork, payments, and reservationsKeep the shuttle bus clean, safe, and in good working conditionFollow traffic laws and use defensive driving skillsSupport the team with other duties as neededWhat You BringValid Alberta driver’s licence (Class 2 or Class 4)Customer service experienceComfortable driving passengersAbility to lift up to 50 lbsClear English communication skillsAvailability to work weekendsWork EnvironmentCombination of indoor and outdoor workShift work, including evenings and weekendsPhysically active roleFraserway RV is part of Canada’s largest vertically integrated RV Company, with full-service dealerships spanning coast to coast.
