The Company offers a wide range of critical components and engineered solutions that connect, protect, and purify our world.Mativ Renfrew is looking for Mixtruder Operators to join our production team!If you are willing and available to work 12hr rotating shifts (days/nights/weekends), and want an average of 14 days off every month, we want to hear from you!Reporting to the designated Safety and Production Supervisor, Mixtruder Operators will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

Preparing and feeding adhesive to machinery
Assisting operators as needed
Troubleshooting
Compounding and mixing material

Qualifications:

Grade 12 education
1+ years proven experience, ideally in a fast-moving dynamic manufacturing environment is an asset.
Ability to work both day and night shifts on a rotating 12-hour schedule
Ability to work in a team atmosphere environment
Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions

Compensation Package:

Salary Range: $23.34 to $24.06/hr.
RRSP: 6.5% company RRSP match after successful completion of probationary period
