Work Arrangement: In-office only (not hybrid, not remote)About the RoleWe are a Managed Services Provider (MSP) supporting a wide range of business clients across different industries and technical environments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and direct client interaction, and who understands the pace and structure of MSP work.This is not a single-environment internal IT role. You’ll support multiple clients, manage competing priorities, and work within a structured, ticket-driven support model.This role is in-office only. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available.Who This Role Is For

- Supporting Microsoft 365, endpoint devices, security tools, and client infrastructure
- Escalating issues appropriately and following defined processes
- Legal authorization to work in Canada (Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident strongly preferred)
- Currently living in the BC Lower Mainland or confirmed plans to relocate within 60 days
- Ability to work in-office during standard business hours
- Strong communication skills and a professional, client-facing demeanor
- Previous experience working for a Managed Services Provider (MSP)
- Experience supporting multiple clients simultaneously
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, ticketing systems, endpoint management, security, and backup tools
