- Coordinate all aspects of the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and initial resume screening.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the position.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
- Assist with the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract candidates.
- Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and candidate pipeline status.
- Support other HR initiatives.
- University or College degree in a related field is considered an asset
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- <1 years of experience within full cycle recruitment would be considered an asset
- Effective communication, organizational, time management, collaboration and problem solving skills required
- Excellent attention to detail is required
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment required
- Good attendance record
