Contract ( 8 Months)The RoleWe're looking for a high-energy, people-first Bilingual Recruiter who knows the world of experiential marketing and thrives in high-volume hiring.This role is built for someone who has experience recruiting for events, activations, brand ambassador teams, promo staff, and field programs across Canada. You know how to move fast, build strong candidate pipelines, and find great people who can represent a brand with confidence.You are not just filling roles. You are helping build teams that bring campaigns to life.What You'll Be Doing
- Own full-cycle recruitment for XM programs, events, activations, and field-based roles across Canada
- Hire for roles such as Brand Ambassadors, Team Leads, Promo Models, and event staff
- Build talent pipelines for current and upcoming programs
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
- Screen candidates quickly and effectively, while keeping quality high
- Partner closely with internal teams to understand hiring needs, timelines, and target profiles
- Keep the process moving in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight turnarounds
- Use the ATS to stay organized and keep candidate pipelines clean and up to date
- Deliver a strong candidate experience from first contact through hire
- Support national hiring needs across multiple markets at once
- You have experience recruiting for experiential marketing, events, activations, or high-volume field staffing
- You are outgoing, confident, and know how to connect with people quickly
- You are a strong communicator who can build relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders
- You are organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities at once
- You know how to assess candidates for energy, professionalism, communication, and brand fit
- You are comfortable working at speed without losing attention to detail
- You bring a solution-focused mindset and know how to adapt when priorities shift
- 2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in XM, events, activations, or field marketing
- Experience hiring at volume across multiple provinces or markets in Canada
- Fluency in English and French is required
- Strong experience working in an ATS
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
