Join the Talent Development, Culture and Inclusion team, in the Bilingual Learning & Organizational Development Specialist position. We are seeking a creative and strategic Learning & Organizational Development (L&D) Specialist to design engaging, high-impact learning & talent experiences that strengthen our people and our culture.What you'll do:
- Consult, advise, and collaborate with leaders and teams across CMHC to assess talent and learning needs to develop effective, innovative learning or Organizational Development solutions.
- Lead or support talent management initiatives such as performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.
- Lead and manage corporate learning initiatives focused on employee growth, engagement, and continuous development.
- Support enterprise learning events such as leadership summits, new-hire sessions, and conferences to ensure alignment with CMHC's strategic priorities.
- Design and deliver a wide range of learning solutions, including micro-learning, just-in-time resources, and blended learning experiences (custom designed, vendor-provided, or off-the-shelf).
- Measure outcomes by designing and implementing evaluation tools to track effectiveness and impact.
- Leverage technology and emerging tools to enhance learner experience and accessibility.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to measure impact, determine next steps, or identify root cause.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Adult Education, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Psychology, Industrial Relations, Business, Instructional Design, and/or a related field.
- A minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience in Learning and Organizational Development.
- A strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI, with the ability to create compelling presentations, manage data effectively, and generate insightful reports.
- The ability to work with data analytics tools.
- Expertise in instructional design and technology-enabled learning, or an equivalent field.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in both official languages (English and French).
- A certification such as CTDP, CTP, CPHR, CRHA, CHRP, or Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Experience working with SAP Success Factors, or similar HR systems.
