- Incorporated Business Rate: $140-150 per hour.
- 6-month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
- Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.
- Remote on Monday and Friday.
- On-site Tuesday to Thursday.
- Analyze, document, and manage business requirements across the full project lifecycle.
- Design and execute test strategies, test cases, and validation processes within the Aladdin system to ensure successful delivery.
- Identify complex operational challenges and develop innovative solutions involving workflows, systems, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align initiatives with strategic business objectives.
- Support implementation of new products, technologies, and system enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry requirements across all processes and systems.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive project documentation and communication artifacts.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders and external partners to support evolving business needs.
- Adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining focus on strategic goals and effectively communicating changes.
- University degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- MBA, CFA, FRM, or similar certification is considered an asset.
- 5 years of experience in business analysis within financial services, particularly in application management environments.
- Strong expertise in BlackRock Aladdin, with hands-on experience in testing and operational workflows.
- In-depth knowledge of derivatives products, collateral management, and trade lifecycle processes.
- Experience with system integrations and technology implementations is an asset.
- Solid understanding of system design, user acceptance testing, and product improvement methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and deliver practical, effective solutions.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
