
Creative Content Producer 2025

In this role, you will:
- Manage workflow and logistics of video, animation and radio projects from approved creative through to final delivery
- Responsible for retaining and working with 3rd party vendors when external production support is required (production & animation houses, audio, post-colour)
- In tandem with the various creative teams and marketing managers, build and maintain the working budget throughout production
- Lead many aspects of video production planning including, securing crew, location scouting, talent auditions, wardrobe, props etc.
- Develop shoot schedules, call sheets and final pre-pro deck
- Contributes to on-set discussions regarding creative direction, pivots and run of day changes
- Manage, monitor, and communicate project scope with internal and external teams
- During shoots, work with creative teams and marketing managers, video director and associate creative director(s) to ensure productions are completed on time while ensuring the pre-established creative integrity is maintained, protected and delivered
- Key communication liaison between creatives, marketing managers and external resources
- Set up and manage all meetings from pre-production through to post-production
- Ensure appropriate broadcast approvals have been obtained, advertising standards and telecaster numbers
- Quality control and management of all final deliverables
Top Skills:
Minimum 3 years of video production experience, Minimum 3 Years experience as a Creative Producer, Experience working with an in-house creative or creative agency, Ability to build and manage production budgets, Strong communication and organizational skills
