Remote | CanadaMedMatch Recruitment is a boutique, woman-led healthcare recruitment firm specializing in permanent placements across Long-Term Care, Retirement Living, Community Health, and Allied Health sectors. We are growing and looking to partner with experienced, motivated Healthcare Recruiters who want flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions while doing meaningful work.This is a 100% commission-based, independent contractor role, ideal for recruiters who are confident in their abilities and ready to own their desk.The Opportunity
As a Healthcare Recruiter with MedMatch, you will manage full-cycle recruitment for permanent healthcare roles, working closely with healthcare leaders and organizations across Canada. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team, strong brand presence, and a relationship-driven recruitment model that is not transactional.Key Responsibilities
  • Full-cycle recruitment for permanent healthcare roles
  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing healthcare professionals
  • Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships
  • Managing client communication throughout the recruitment process
  • Preparing and submitting high-quality candidate profiles
  • Supporting offer management and placement follow-up
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and recruitment records
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience recruiting in healthcare (LTC, Retirement, Community Health, or Allied Health preferred)
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple searches
  • Professional, relationship-driven approach to recruitment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfort working in a commission-only environment
Compensation
