Our client, a leading organization in election technology, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be part of the Operations department supporting election officials and their staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong customer empathy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Customer Success ManagerLocation: Toronto, ONWhat's the Job?
  • Identify the customer's desired outcomes and coordinate resources to achieve them.
  • Design and oversee a customer-centric election support framework to ensure a successful post-sale experience.
  • Advocate for customer needs by collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Build strong, strategic relationships with customers to ensure ongoing value and success.
  • Manage the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, training, and ongoing support, while maintaining clear communication.
What's Needed?
  • 10+ years of professional experience in customer success management within technology or government sectors.
  • Experience in the elections industry is preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop meaningful and lasting customer relationships.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 50% and hold a valid driver's license.
