- Manage the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, training, and ongoing support, while maintaining clear communication.
- 10+ years of professional experience in customer success management within technology or government sectors.
- Experience in the elections industry is preferred.
- Proven ability to develop meaningful and lasting customer relationships.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel up to approximately 50% and hold a valid driver's license.
