With our people-focused approach, we help clients navigate mergers, ERP implementations, and process updates, enabling them to maintain a competitive edge.Join Huron and shape the future of consulting as a Manager, Organizational Change Management (OCM).Candidates must be based in Toronto, ON, CanadaResponsibilities Include:Design, develop, implement, and manage change deliverables that will enable users to successfully transition from current state to future stateDevelop a stakeholder assessment and organizational readiness planOutline the leadership engagement programDevelop the communications plan and training strategyConduct preliminary change impact assessment based on defined rollout and technical solutionDevelop overall change management strategy and rollout planIdentify brand awareness program requirementsDevelop risk mitigation planning strategiesOCM tactical project plan and execution detailsAre you ready to be a powerhouse and make an impact?Required:Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or equivalent experience are valuedMinimum 5-7+ years of relevant experience related to successful delivery of change management work in the disciplines of job/role/organization design, stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, sponsorship alignment, communication execution, and training management2 full lifecycle implementations related to ERP ImplementationsDemonstrated ERP platform experience in Oracle EPM or ERP - FinanceExperience with clients in manufacturing, wholesale/distribution, or oil & gas/energy is a plusStrong proficiency in using Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)Strong technical document writing and communication skillsStrong leadership presence and ability to facilitate discussions with C-suite executivesDetailed oriented, analytical, and good organization skillsCapable of leading meetings with internal and external clients’ resources (remote, local)Microsoft Project PlanningEasily assimilates into Huron’s values and corporate cultureAbility to travel 50%Compensation & Benefits highlights: Competitive base salary + bonus; 6% 401(k) match with 25% stock match; flexible PTO; up to $4K annual recognition bonus; 100% paid parental leave (8–16 weeks); and comprehensive benefitsCandidates must be based in Toronto, ON, Canada and hold Canadian citizenship to qualify for TN visa travel to the U.S. as needed.Look for opportunities to develop personal connections to one another in our remote environment and opportunities to build connections to discover all the ways Huron is such an incredible and unique place to work!Position Level ManagerCountry Canada
