- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement change strategies and plans that drive adoption across multiple initiatives and stakeholder groups
- Identify the impact of culture on change initiatives and design an approach of change intervention that best fits the team
- Coach business leaders in their roles as change sponsors and leaders to effectively lead teams through various transitions
- Work collaboratively with business leaders and project teams to recommend and design creative interventions to address resistance and risks
- Lead diverse communications, training, and other change management activities
- Establish metrics and key performance indicators to monitor business units ‘progress through change and attainment of desired benefits
- Develop and facilitate various change management related workshops to build and develop change capabilities across the firm
- Collaborate with other team members on the Change Enablement team to enhance our change processes, tools, workshops, and service offerings
- At least 7 years of experience in supporting business leaders with strategic initiatives, including leading change management teams, through consulting, or in Business Partner role
- At least 5 years of project or program management experience
- CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional) designation is considered an asset
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Demonstrated communication skills (oral and written) with experience in creating communications using a variety of channels and methods for diverse audiences
- Experience working in consulting or professional services is considered an asset
- Background in instructional design is considered an asset
- Ability to speak French and English (written and oral)
