- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell, REST APIs, and other technologies to reduce manual effort.
- Build integrated and orchestrated automation for tools like Active Directory, MIM, ServiceNow, VEEAM, VMware and Azure.
- Collaborate with the Technology Operations Center (TOC) during incident management.
- Ensure operational health and security of tools within the team’s portfolio, following change management processes.
- Review services regularly for reliability, stability, and security, identifying and mitigating risks proactively.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of relevant tools and technologies.
- Identify opportunities for automation and analytics to improve customer service.
- Ensure adherence to established standards, procedures, and processes.
- Respond to and manage service issues and problems.
- Comply with Information Security Management policies and report any breaches or violations.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerShell scripting and REST APIs.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and Active Directory.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Azure DevOps and GitHub.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Working knowledge of datacenter infrastructure.
- Experience with SDLC tools (e.g., Git).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative approach, demonstrating cultural sensitivity.
- Microsoft Certifications (MCTS, MCSA, MCSE).
- Understanding of threat modeling and security best practices.
- Experience in DevOps environments and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
