- Work with clients to understand their needs.
- Respond to client concerns and questions.
- Develop and maintains a full knowledge of all products, available services, pricing and key features.
- Build strong relationships with clients.
- Ensure that every vehicle delivery is special for each and every client.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- 1-3 Years in a sales background.
- Valid OMVIC certification.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Experience in luxury vehicle sales or the sale of other luxury products/services.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Strong negotiating skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent work ethic.
- Ability to problem solve and high attention to detail.
- Loves a fast paced environment.
- Computer skills and understanding of technology.
- Experience with PBS software considered an asset.
