The last mile, the final yard – every day, you have the power to create positive and lasting memories in the hearts and minds of customers and homeowners by letting them know that they’re in your good hands.We’re currently hiring for a Sales Representative for our Edmonton Installation Services department. There’s more to any job than words on a page, but the focus of this role is ensuring that the customer’s needs and expectations are met, and that any existing or new business opportunities are attended to and followed up on. Networking and relationship building is a vital component of this position and will lead to increased opportunities. This job also requires a thorough understanding of our product and the installation process to address customer questions and concerns appropriately. On any given day, this role is responsible for:
  • Promote and sell high-quality window and door products—both supply and installation services—to residential homeowners.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales cycle, including pre-sale consultations, in-progress support, and post-installation follow-up.
  • Consistently represent All Weather with the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
  • Schedule and conduct sales presentations for prospective clients, with flexibility to accommodate evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Meet or exceed established sales targets and performance benchmarks.
  • Actively generate new business leads through prospecting, cold calling, and cultivating referrals from existing customers.
  • Participate in trade shows, community initiatives, and charitable events to promote brand awareness and engage with potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and timely records, including customer documentation and internal reporting.
  • Continuously build product and industry knowledge to enhance sales effectiveness and deliver informed solutions to clients.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an outside sales role, with business development experience
  • Must possess a superior level of salesmanship and expertise in identifying customer’s needs
  • Superior ability to close sales by increasing customer confidence with All Weather
  • Must be customer oriented with the desire and ability to exceed customer’s expectations
  • A self starter who demonstrates a high degree of initiative, drive and energy
  • Excellent interpersonal, networking and time management skills
  • Proficiency with computers and using Microsoft is required
  • Must be detail oriented and demonstrate a commitment to customer service
  • Must be a team player who is committed to both professional and personal development
  • Industry experience and/or product knowledge an asset
  • Post-Secondary education an asset
  • Class 5 driver’s license along with a clear driver’s abstract is required.
  • Must pass pre-employment Drug & Alcohol Testing
