5-7 years' experience in project management, digital project delivery, engineering, or systems implementation roles Experience with large-scale infrastructure or capital projects, preferably within the public sector Expertise in linear infrastructure projects such as Rail, Highways, Transit, LRT, Roads, BRT, Ports, and Utilities Experience in automation scripting and process optimization Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and collaborative project environments Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards, structured data, and process workflows like QA/QC and Inspections Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field is required Postgraduate degree or certifications in Project Management, Construction Management, or digital transformations Certifications in PMIS tools, ISO 19650, Agile/Scrum, design applications, or automation platforms are an asset Strong motivation to grow into leadership responsibilities over time Commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and adaptability in evolving project environments
