- Coordinate arrivals and departures of clients
- Promote hotel products and services
- Collect payments for services rendered
- Answer various questions about establishment services, tourist attractions, and different regional activities
- Coordinate group arrivals and departures
- Direct incoming calls
- Handle customer complaints
- Perform any other customer service-related task
- Have a degree in hotel management
- Perfectly bilingual (spoken and written English/French)
- At least 2 years' relevant work experience in face-to-face customer service
- Neat, impeccable appearance and a positive, professional attitude
- Ability to work with and be responsible for a float register
- Ability to work around tight schedules
- Demonstrate a sense of responsibility
- Ability to work independently as part of a team
- Available to work night shifts as needed.
