We deliver strategic programs and services that unite our organization.What will your typical day look like?Work you'll doThe Tax and Legal (T&L) AI Research Institute is a transformative initiative that will position Deloitte as the global leader in AI for the Tax and Legal industries.
As Program Manager, you will be the key driver of this ambitious endeavor, working closely with the Chair and Governance Board to ensure the Institute's operations run seamlessly, its strategic direction is executed effectively, and its objectives are achieved. You will play a pivotal role in progressing the Institute's mission and delivering impactful outcomes.You will work closely with a diverse group of stakeholders, including the Governance Board, Editorial Board, Advisory Board and Contributor Community, to ensure the Institute delivers high-quality, impactful content and initiatives. You will also play a key role in fostering collaboration with external partners, including academics, clients, and policymakers, to drive thought leadership and innovation in the field.As a Program Manager, you will:
  • Translate strategic vision into action: Work closely with the Chair, Advisory Board, Governance Board, and Contributor Community to interpret the Institute's ambitions and strategic direction, transforming them into actionable plans and ensuring their seamless execution.
  • Ensure continuous progress: Take ownership of driving the Institute's initiatives forward, proactively identifying priorities, setting clear goals, and ensuring consistent progress across all workstreams.
  • Excel in execution: Demonstrate exceptional organizational and executional skills to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within scope, ensuring the Institute meets its objectives and milestones.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders: Build strong, trusted relationships with the Chair, Advisory Board, Governance Board, and Contributor Community to foster alignment, effective decision-making, and shared accountability for the Institute's success.
  • Proactively identify and address roadblocks: Anticipate challenges and implement practical solutions to overcome obstacles, ensuring the Institute remains on track to achieve its goals.
  • Maintain momentum: Continuously monitor the Institute's progress, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring that all activities are aligned with the strategic vision and deliver measurable impact.
  • Act as a trusted advisor: Provide expert guidance and insights to the Chair and boards, offering recommendations and solutions to support the Institute's strategic priorities.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation: Inspire and motivate the Contributor Community and other stakeholders to actively engage with the Institute, driving the creation of impactful content and initiatives.
  • Be a catalyst for action: Take a hands-on approach to ensure that ideas and strategies are translated into tangible outcomes, maintaining a focus on delivery and results.

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in program management at a senior level, preferably within a professional services or research environment.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and geographies.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex initiatives.
  • The ability to interpret strategic ambitions and translate them into actionable plans that drive measurable impact.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain momentum.
  • Knowledge of AI and its applications in the Tax and Legal industries is highly desirable.
  • Experience in content creation, editorial processes, or thought leadership initiatives is a plus.
  • Self-starter with high personal motivation, a passion for continuous professional development, and a commitment to delivering excellence.
Total RewardsThe salary range for this position is $104,000 - $215,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
