It is!The Homelessness and Addiction Recovery Treatment (HART) Hub is a newly funded program aimed at addressing critical health and social needs in our community. The HART Hub will support individuals experiencing homelessness and addiction, offering services that include addiction treatment, housing support and collaborate care. The Wellness Worker will provide support to individuals in the program and complete regular rounds of the property and buildings. This is an overnight awake position.This is a contract position, from approximately April 2026 to October 2026. This is a part-time position (22.5 hours per week). Schedule is Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, 12:00am to 8:00am.
