We believe success is achieved by putting our 3 Core Values into practice:· Can Do Attitude· Get It Done Right· Win as a TeamWhat We Offer· Competitive Wages· Excellent Health and Dental Benefit Plan· RRSP and Profit-Sharing Program· Career Advancement Opportunities· Tuition Reimbursement· Casual Dress Code· On-Site Parking· Employee Referral ProgramWhat You Will Do· Provide up to date communication and photos to Production Manager regarding status of work· Determine category of water loss· Extract water using truck mount and portable pumps· Assist in determination of non-restorable building components· Assist with demolition of non-restorable material· Set up drying equipment as per established procedures· Monitor drying process and adjust equipment as required· Work within on On-Call rotation for after-hours emergenciesWhat You Have· Water Restoration Technician Certification (considered an asset)· Clean Criminal Record Check· Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean abstract· Experience driving/parking a panel van and cube truck· Ability to lift industrial fans 30-40 lbs· Ability to load/unload wheeled industrial dehumidifiers 75-100 lbs· Knowledge of construction and basic building materials· Safely use power tools and hand tools· Experience in custodial work, pressure washing, carpet cleaning (considered an asset)
· Ability to communicate effectively in English· Ability to work alone or with minimal supervision· Ability to empathize with clients/customers who have experiences loss of personal property
