Expected Salary Range: $65,000 - 90,000 per yearResponsibilities:
- Managing a complex calendar for the Executive and determine priorities when there are competing demands - schedule meetings and making required changes
- Organize travel arrangements and associated logistics for both domestic and international travel
- Proactively identify scheduling conflicts or emerging issues and take action to provide resolution in a timely manner
- Monitor access to the executive's inbox, prioritizing and flagging important emails for attention
- Support with the internal administrative needs of for the legal team/department
- Handle expense report preparation and submission for processing
- Prepare reports for the management team's weekly meeting
- Provide support to in areas of HR administration and internal IT activities
- Organize event logistics for internal meetings and events
- Stay aware of long-term strategic goals and support the delivery of such through effective time management and planning
- Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information including financial documents and/or personal information
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the Senior Leadership team on occasion, as needed
- Able to be flexible after normal working hours, on occasion, to attend to emergencies that arise
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior-level executive assistant support position is ideal
- Fully proficiency with MS Office Suite and posses strong overall technical skills and familiarity with SharePoint, Adobe Pro and Teams
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential
- Expert critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills working within time constraints
- Ability to demonstrate tact and discretion while being highly service oriented
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced setting and flexible to changing priorities
- Self starter who is able to work independently as well as within a team environment
