We pride ourselves on reliable service and strong industry relationships.We are seeking a dynamic and experienced business development professional with deep industry knowledge and strong contacts in the logistics and trucking sector to help drive our next phase of growth.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and secure new business opportunities in the logistics and freight transportation sector.Leverage existing industry contacts to bring in new clients and contracts for truck movement (FTL/PTL).Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and expand market presence.Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery to clients.Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build the company's visibility.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay ahead in the market.Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly business targets.Experience/QualificationsProven experience in business development or sales in the logistics, trucking, or freight forwarding industry.Strong network of clients and contacts in the logistics sector (a must).In-depth knowledge of freight operations, truckload movements, and logistics market trends.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Basic understanding of logistics documentation and pricing.What's in it for you?Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Supportive management and team.Opportunities for career growth within a growing organization.A well-established platform with strong operational backing.
