Apprentice Technician – Evening ShiftWhy Work HereWorking as an Apprentice Technician in the trucking industry is a rewarding career for individuals who enjoy problem solving and working with their hands. On the evening shift, you play an important role in supporting the service team during one of the busiest parts of the day, helping keep trucks on the road and customers moving.You will work alongside experienced technicians while continuing to build your skills, gain hands-on experience, and advance in your apprenticeship toward becoming a fully certified Heavy Duty Technician.Treated WellYour direct manager is a knowledgeable and supportive leader who values teamwork and professionalism. Evening shift technicians are trusted to work independently while still receiving strong support from the service team. Your contributions are recognized and respected as part of keeping the shop running efficiently.Trained WellYou will receive in-house mentorship from experienced technicians as well as access to OEM training and online learning platforms. Our goal is to support your development as you progress through your apprenticeship and build the skills required for long-term success in the industry.Our compensation package provides stability and competitive pay.Hourly wage: $37.09 – $41.09 depending on experience and apprenticeship levelAdditional benefits include:Extended health and dental coverage

Opportunities for career growth within the organizationWhat You’ll DoAssist in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on heavy-duty trucks and equipment
Perform repairs and preventative maintenance under the guidance of licensed technicians
Complete work orders and documentation accurately
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Work collaboratively with the service team to keep repairs on scheduleWhat We’re Looking ForMinimum 3rd year Heavy Duty Technician apprentice
Basic knowledge of truck and service shop operations
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
