You'll work closely with internal teams to deliver thoughtful, compliant, and high-quality packaging solutions while contributing directly to revenue growth across the Cartons & Labels division.What You'll Be Accountable For:

New Business Growth: Identify, pursue, and secure new opportunities across Cartons & Labels, with a focus on consumer-packaged goods.
Account Strategy: Develop and execute customer-specific account plans that support long-term partnership and growth.
Customer Relationships: Build strong relationships with buyers, packaging engineers, and supply chain partners.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an active sales pipeline and opportunity tracking within Salesforce CRM.
Business Reviews: Lead regular customer business reviews to assess performance, opportunities, and future needs.
Forecasting & Planning: Maintain accurate forecasts for recurring business and new SKU launches.
Packaging Expertise: Advise on substrates, structures, printing processes, and finishing options to meet customer needs.
Problem Resolution: Anticipate customer challenges and coordinate internal teams to resolve issues proactively.
Value-Added Solutions: Recommend packaging improvements that enhance quality, cost efficiency, or sustainability.

What you'll bring

Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or Graphic Communications/Print Technology.
5+ years of sales experience in printed packaging or a related commercial environment.
Experience managing customer accounts and developing new business opportunities with net new clients.
Working knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Confidence in translating technical packaging concepts into customer-focused solutions.

Pay will be determined based on factors including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
