- Partner with People teams and cross-functional stakeholders to lead end-to-end project management for complex initiatives that span functions, systems, and processes.
- Drive discovery and planning to clarify scope, goals, success metrics, dependencies, risks, and timelines.
- Develop and manage project plans, roadmaps, and deliverables to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Facilitate collaboration and alignment across stakeholders with differing priorities and perspectives.
- Support change management efforts, including stakeholder communication, enablement, and adoption planning.
- Identify and proactively address risks, tradeoffs, and roadblocks to keep initiatives moving forward.
- Ensure clear documentation of project decisions, plans, and learnings to support transparency and reuse.
- Encourage collaboration, shared ownership, and continuous improvement across the People organization.
- 5+ years of experience leading technical or cross-functional projects in enterprise or internal-facing environments.
- Proven ability to manage complex initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and communication.
- Experience partnering with business or operational teams (e.g., HR, Finance, IT, Operations).
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities.
- Experience supporting People, HR, or internal business functions.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems, workflows, and integrations.
- Experience with change management and driving adoption of new processes or tools.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar tools).
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build trust and alignment across teams.
